Returns

We hope you love your items, but if you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll exchange or refund it.

By original condition, we’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all the original packaging and labels, and that the item is undamaged and unused.

You will need to arrange delivery yourself, pay for postage and let us know when to expect it back. Proof of sending is recommended, we cannot be held responsible for items that are not delivered. Once we have received it and the packaging and labels we will consider your exchange or refund.

Please note: personalised items cannot be returned but you will be given proofs of your personalisation before you order.

Damaged or faulty items:

Please DO NOT return any damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first.

For damaged goods please email our customer service hello@reroom.co.uk within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged or faulty item. We will then call you to discuss a replacement, repair or a refund for you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
